2. Overview

We process personal data only where it is needed to run this website, answer your requests and send you what you asked for. We do not sell personal data. Below you find what we collect, why, on which legal basis, and for how long.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site securely and to detect misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). ALL-INKL processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; the data stays in Germany. Server log files are deleted after a short period.

4. Contact forms, booking a call and the readiness check

When you send a form on this site (book a call, the Automation Readiness Check, or e-mail us), we process the data you enter: name, work e-mail, company, role, your answers to the check and your message. We use it to answer you, to prepare and send your readiness report, and for the follow-up you agreed to.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract at your request) and, for the report and follow-up e-mails, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• Form submissions are processed on our web server at ALL-INKL (see section 3), sent to our mailbox at info@agenticprocesslab.com and kept in our customer records (Notion, operated by Notion Labs, Inc., USA, under a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail or with the unsubscribe link in any of our e-mails. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
• Storage: as long as needed for your request; leads with no further contact are deleted after 24 months at the latest, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to see which sections people read. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies; IP addresses are shortened. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Nothing is loaded before you consent.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (your consent).
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser; the notice will then ask again.
• Your choice itself is stored locally in your browser (local storage), so we do not have to ask on every visit.

6. Fonts and other content

Fonts and all scripts of this website are served from our own host. No fonts or content are loaded from Google Fonts or other third-party servers when you open a page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
• have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17);
• restrict its processing (Art. 18) and receive it in a portable format (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21);
• withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
